Joe Calzaghe continued his intense training schedule this week and admitted that he still needs to continue to calm his nerves when performing on the show.
Calzaghe, who also helped launch an anti-bullying initiative in South Wales on Wednesday, said 'the Jive' was proving to be his most intensive dance to learn so far in terms of speed of the dance, but he was continuing to enjoy the experience and focus on improving his overall technique.
Speaking after training on Thursday, Calzaghe said: "The Jive is definitely the fastest and most energetic dance I have performed so far. The training has been difficult at times, but still thoroughly enjoyable. I also love the music that has been chosen and that is definitely helping me concentrate on the overall dance. I hope I can keep my nerves in check on the night, and I remain deeply grateful for all the public support I have been shown in the last few weeks."
Joe Calzaghe and his dance partner Kristina Rihanoff will be performing their next individual dance this Saturday starting from 7:15pm on BBC One.
